We are looking for Kitabegleiter*innen (m/w/d) according to SGB VIII and SGB IX to strengthen our teams in the district of Oberhavel.

The Kitabegleitung is for children with physical, mental, emotional, or sensory impairments, or those at risk of impairment. It provides individual support that cannot be covered by the resources of the daycare center. The Kitabegleitung is based on the individual needs and resources of the child.


Your tasks:

Assistance with self-organization and organization of daily daycare activities
Support with social integration/relationship building within the group
Promotion of cognitive development (e.g. problem-solving, decision-making, planning, creativity, and orientation)
Accompaniment during crisis situations - providing security and reducing risk
Promotion of independence (e.g. dressing and undressing)
Recognition and provision of supportive learning environments (room design, work materials, daily structure)
