Main tasks include:

Recruiter

Manage the recruitment and selection process for assigned positions to include the development and implementation of recruitment plans, recruitment advertising programs, recruitment metrics, and recruitment related activities and initiatives.
Ensures compliance with hospital policies, corporate requirements, and relevant employment laws.
We are looking for a passionate and high energy recruiter who will seek out and hire those committed to safe, compassionate, and highquality care to our patients.
Foster positive relationships internally and externally, contributing to HR recruitment team development.
Recruit frontline patient care staff employing innovative talent acquisition strategies for full cycle hiring.

This is not a remote position.

Qualifications:

Qualification

Bachelor s degree, preferably in health care related field or human resources management or equivalent work experience.
2 years healthcare recruiting experience
Certification in specialty preferred.
Demonstrated leadership capacity and coordination skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent computer skills including advanced MS Office and strong Power Point and Excel skills.
Good interpersonal skills
Organized and detailed oriented
Effective communications skills, both verbal and written
Sensitivity in handling confidential information
Demonstrated ability to develop recruitment plans and research and resolve complex recruitment issues.
