**We are looking for a Receptionist (m/f/d) to expand and support the outpatient clinic of our dialysis center in Hamburg (Schlankreye 38), in North San Juan, CA, on a full-time or part-time basis (by arrangement) starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and processing incoming calls and inquiries
  • Maintaining patient data and appointments in the medical documentation system
  • Performing general administrative tasks and office duties
  • Communicating with patients, service providers, health insurance companies, and other interfaces

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar position in the healthcare sector is desirable
  • Friendly and openminded, also on the phone
  • Reliability, team spirit, and tact
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
