    As they continue growing, they are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager who will play a critical role in overseeing internal FP&A functions, with a focus on managing credit agreements, forecasting financial statements, and providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making processes

    • e:Partnering with service line executives to assist with financial targets, cost management, and business insight
    • s.Serving as the resident financial expert on service line performance and KPI dashboard
    • s.Completing monthly financial packages, variance analysis, and model updates against budget and forecas
    • t.Developing and interpreting financial and business analysis projects from start to finis
    • h.Supporting the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term forecast
    • s.Assisting in the preparation of presentations for senior management and the Board of Director
    • s.Training and mentoring other FP&A team members on best practices and initiative
    • s.Identifying and resolving reporting and analysis inefficiencie
