We are currently seeking a full-time Office Clerk (m/f/d) to join our production site in Auerbach in the Upper Palatinate as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include accurately booking delivery notes for our highquality awnings, blinds, and windows in our ERP system
You will be responsible for checking order confirmations and booking invoices
You will maintain and update crucial master data to ensure smooth business processes
Your responsibility for storing price lists and framework agreements ensures effective contract processing

Qualifications:

Commercial training is an advantage
Ideally, you have some experience in office administration in a manufacturing company
Independent work style
Diligent completion of assigned tasks
Basic knowledge of common MS Office systems
Good teamwork and communication skills
Quick comprehension
