What can you expect?

You advise our customers in close coordination with the customer service team
You take responsibility for portfolio management and initiate, monitor, review, and communicate contractual changes to contract partners
You independently advise in the guarantee business and serve as a telephone contact for our clients from needs analysis to contractual implementation
You enter and maintain data in our systems, including invoicing
You take on other tasks as needed (e.g. project work)
