Job Description

Informa is in search of a seasoned Senior Sponsorship Manager to lead sponsorship and marketing strategies at events such as Natural Products Expo West, Newtopia Now, Organic Produce Summit, Nutrition Business Journal Summit, and Nutrition Capital Network. This role requires strong leadership, a strategic mindset, and adept stakeholder management.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop creative sponsorship and marketing opportunities for clients
Lead the strategy and analysis of sponsorship ROI
Manage Sponsorship Specialists and internal teams
Oversee sponsorship budget and forecasting
Collaborate with Sales Leadership on pricing strategy

Deliver high-quality products and services:

Set expectations and ensure customer satisfaction
Identify revenue opportunities and support sales team in custom sponsorships

Participate in an engaged team:

Set goals for team and market growth
Collaborate with stakeholders and industry partners
Stay active in relevant industries for continued education

Develop relationships to achieve client objectives:

Build effective communication channels
Drive RFP processes for tailored event needs
Communicate contract details effectively

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field
Minimum 5 years of event industry experience, 3 years in natural products industry
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to travel to events
