Responsibilities:

Logistics Management: Coordinate the scheduling of materials, equipment, and personnel to ensure seamless project execution. From delivery schedules to on-site coordination, you'll be the master planner behind every successful roofing project.

Customer Care: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. From initial inquiries to post-installation follow-ups, your exceptional communication skills and dedication to customer satisfaction will shine through.

Permit Acquisition: Navigate the regulatory landscape to obtain necessary permits and approvals for roofing projects. Your attention to detail and familiarity with local building codes will ensure compliance and smooth project progress.

Back-end Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project administration, from budget tracking to resource allocation. You'll keep a close eye on timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.


Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills and a customercentric approach.
• Familiarity with permit acquisition processes and building codes (preferred).
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.

Pay:
$ $35.49 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
