Description

As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow.

Your role will involve developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, fostering social and emotional development, and providing a safe and engaging classroom environment.

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum goals and objectives
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for children
• Provide ageappropriate activities that promote cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development
• Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
• Manage classroom behavior using effective behavior management techniques
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress Experience:
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred
• Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices
• Familiarity with special education principles and early intervention strategies
• Strong understanding of curriculum development for preschoolaged children
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications in early childhood education are a plus
