Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team.
As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow.
Your role will involve developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, fostering social and emotional development, and providing a safe and engaging classroom environment.
Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum goals and objectives
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for children
- Provide ageappropriate activities that promote cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Manage classroom behavior using effective behavior management techniques
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices
- Familiarity with special education principles and early intervention strategies
- Strong understanding of curriculum development for preschoolaged children
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications in early childhood education are a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, sit, kneel, stoop, bend, reach, lift up to 25 pounds, and engage in physical activities with children We offer competitive pay based on qualifications and experience.
