    Oncologist Benefits:
    $350,000 base salary plus RVU potential

    Five (5) paid days off for Professional Education annually = 1 week
    Twenty-one (21) accrued Paid Time Off days = 4 weeks and 1 day
    Eight (8) paid Holidays annually = 1 week and 3 days
    One (1) Float Day

    This role:
    no call- full time or part time, we will consider 2.5 or 3 days a week
    Average # of patients seen per day: 16
    This is a new position, so there are no other oncologists or NP's at this time. When their patient panel grows, they will get a midlevel as well. They will have 2 MA's to support them.
