Job Responsibilities

Resource Allocation: They allocate resources such as manpower, machinery, and materials to different production tasks based on priority and availability.
Optimization: Schedulers aim to optimize production schedules to minimize downtime, reduce costs, and maximize efficiency. They may use scheduling software and algorithms to create the most efficient production plan.
Coordination: Schedulers work closely with production managers, engineers, procurement teams, and quality control personnel to ensure that production schedules are followed, and any issues or delays are addressed promptly.
