    Description


    Director of Manufacturing OperationsLead the facility with compassion and positivity to provide leadership and vision to the Manufacturing Engineering and Quality functions.

    Create data driven environment where key performance indicators drive a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
    Build a clear vision for the operations team and establish how this is shared, understood and evaluated throughout facility.
    Develop an understanding of the current processes, equipment and customers allowing you to identify needs.
    Review current KPI's that are critical to the ongoing company's success. Foster a culture that captivates employees and customers.
    Identify friction areas in current processes, product flow and logistics and create strategic solutions.

    Develop lean and digital processes to minimize time taken from lead to cash as well as maintaining solid working relationships with colleagues to achieve long and short-term goals.

    Identify and implement new processes, technologies and systems to improve and automate the facilities operational activities.
    Take a lead role in scaling the business to become a leading industry provider throughout North America.


    Job requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing or related field 5 years proven experience as a Director of Manufacturing or similar leadership role in an industrial manufacturing environmentProven experience as a Director of Manufacturing or similar leadership role in an industrial manufacturing environmentIn depth knowledge of processes, quality control and supply chain management Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills using data analysisLean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologiesBudget managementFamiliar with regulatory requirements safety standards and complianceFull benefit package including discretionary bonus opportunities
