    Description

    Join Our Team at TRUPIANO-KETRON!

    We are seeking a dedicated leader to join our team with a strong sense of purpose and enthusiasm. With 120 years of experience, we are industry pioneers and are looking for someone to uphold our legacy.

    The primary responsibilities include managing our existing client base of 2,000 businesses, exploring new B2B opportunities, overseeing team activities, and training new team members. As you excel in this role, you will progress to become an Agency Director, leading and training others using our established systems.

    This position offers a competitive weekly salary, with an average annual income ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional service to our existing clients
    • Identify and pursue new business prospects
    • Supervise team performance and deliver results
    • Train incoming team members on our systems
    • Report daily field activities using our CRM
    • Focus daily on recruiting, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Effective time management and meeting deadlines
    • Excellent supervisory and leadership capabilities
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
    • Work well in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Passion for assisting others and building relationships
    • Sales or customer service background
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement mindset
    • CRM knowledge, preferably Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License
    • Authorized to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background and personal transportation
