JOB SUMMARY

Position Title:
Intake Specialist

Program:
Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC)

Classification:
Permanent/Full-Time/Hourly

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES
Data Management

Works independently, efficiently and with integrity
Maintains confidentiality of protected customer and program information

Collaboration & Teamwork

Assists with coverage when someone is out or when projects/deadlines need to be met.
Works with coworkers in a respectful, meaningful way to best serve the customers.
Works collaboratively with other ELRC staff and departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Complies with office procedures and policy.

Customer Service

Provides excellent customer service.
Responds to customer's concern and works towards resolution.
Provide resources and referral as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in related field and 3 years' experience; OR Associates Degree in related field and 35 years related experience; OR HS Diploma and 5 years' experience in related field.
Ability to write accurate, complete and professionally.
Ability to maintain consistent accurate records, handle multiple tasks and work with minimum level of supervision.
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills in managing complex tasks with autonomy.
