JOB SUMMARY

Position Title:
Intake Specialist


Program:
Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC)


Classification:
Permanent/Full-Time/Hourly


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES
Data Management

  • Works independently, efficiently and with integrity
  • Maintains confidentiality of protected customer and program information
Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Assists with coverage when someone is out or when projects/deadlines need to be met.
  • Works with coworkers in a respectful, meaningful way to best serve the customers.
  • Works collaboratively with other ELRC staff and departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Complies with office procedures and policy.
Customer Service

  • Provides excellent customer service.
  • Responds to customer's concern and works towards resolution.
  • Provide resources and referral as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field and 3 years' experience; OR Associates Degree in related field and 35 years related experience; OR HS Diploma and 5 years' experience in related field.
  • Ability to write accurate, complete and professionally.
  • Ability to maintain consistent accurate records, handle multiple tasks and work with minimum level of supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills in managing complex tasks with autonomy.
