The electrical engineer is responsible for ensuring the consistent and dependable operation of electrical systems and equipment within a facility. Job tasks include analyzing electrical system performance, conducting root cause analyses of failures, developing maintenance strategies to improve reliability and minimize downtime, and driving improvements in electrical safe work practices. Additionally, the electrical engineer collaborates with maintenance teams to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives for electrical asset management.

14.Support efforts to improve SAP Master Data and Work Management processes.
15.Keep abreast of changes to electrical safety codes and standards including NFPA 70E. Provide recommendations for site electrical safety program improvements and implement recommendations as necessary.
16.Serve as the primary technical resource for power systems up to 13.8kV in assigned areas in addition to 138kV and 230kV transmission substation assets in accordance with applicable NETA, IEEE, NERC, and 70B standards.
