Job in Küsnacht:
Our long-time accountant will be retiring at the end of the year. Therefore, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team starting November 1, 2024.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • General accounting (processing of ongoing financial accounting / providing decision-making support with numbers and reports / allocation of expenses to individual cost centers / monitoring of accounts and incoming and outgoing payments / reconciliation of accounts / payroll accounting including social security contributions / simple VAT returns).
  • Accounts receivable (issuing invoices / recording rental payments / sending reminders).
  • Accounts payable (allocation and recording of invoices / ensuring timely payments).
  • Cooperative accounting (management of share certificates, loan fund).

Your profile:

  • Commercial education
  • Further training in accounting or finance
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
