    Position Title: Program Manager
    No. of positions: 1
    Customer: Multiple
    Project Name/Description: Environmental Contracts and Projects
    Salary Rate: $100K
    Start Date: ASAP
    Duration: TBD, but at least 5/4/2026
    Location of work: Odon, IN
    Remote Work: Work is onsite, but flexibility to remote work 1-2 days/week

    Description of work:
    The Program Manager will guide all program management functions for the team involved with providing environmental compliance support to the government.

    The Program Manager is tasked with:

    • Planning, tracking, and execution of complex tasking within technical, schedule, and budget constraints.
    • Ensuring continuity of fully trained and qualified team to fulfill all contract requirements
    • Maintaining timely, accurate records and reports to meet local, state and federal requirements.
    • Developing and implementing an effective management approach to include high levels of communication, conflict resolution and exceptional levels of service.

    Education:

    • Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution; preferably in Environmental Management or comparable field.

    Years of Experience Required:

    • Must have at least ten (10) years of related work history in technical (environmental compliance) programs
    • Must have at least five (5) years of proven success in Program Management.

    Skills Required:

    • The candidates must be a resident of the Crane, IN area (within 30 miles) or willing to relocate to the Crane, IN area.
    • Strong verbal and written skills.
    • Ability to lead across all environmental media compliance areas.
    • The candidate will have strong management credentials, good organizational skills, and attention to detail.

    The candidate must have prior work history and knowledge in the following areas:

    • Cost estimating and Budget management for Government contracts
    • Rough Order of Magnitude development.
    • CLIN/SLIN management/tracking.
    • Organizational development
    • Guiding a large and diverse team including suppliers/vendors.
    • Proven history managing to and meeting accelerated schedules.
    • Effective communication of information between various entities (stakeholders, suppliers/vendors, employees) as well as strong briefing skills with Government customers.
    • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint) and Adobe.

    Security Clearance Required:

    • Secret

    Certifications/Certificates required:

    • OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER (ability to obtain)
    • OSHA 8 Hour HAZWOPER Supervisor Training (ability to obtain)

    Preferences

    • Strong comprehension of contract management.
    • Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
