Family owned construction & property management company seeks a reliable, capable, & trustworthy individual to help with the general maintenance & management of its properties in Weirs Beach, including parking lot oversight.

Duties include general labor, maintenance & repairs, landscaping, demolition, trash removal, painting, and parking lot management. A little bit of everything. Never get bored and learn a lot

While it is nice for job applicants to have some general labor and/or customer interaction experience, it is more important that they are a good listener & communicator, a quick learner, a hard worker, and dependable.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Parking Lot Maintenance

Parking Lot Attendant

Landscaping & Yardwork

Basic Carpentry

Trash Removal

Seasonal tasks

Painting

General Labor, Repairs, & Maintenance


QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be at least 18 years old because of the equipment used

Good communication

Ability to interact with the public

Ability to use basic technology
Hard worker
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Quick learner

Knows how to safely use equipment

Ability to work alone

Ability to work outside, as needed
Ability to follow directions
Attention to detail and high quality
Neat & organized
Drivers license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to get to/from work


SCHEDULE:

Seasonal / Temporary

Up to 40 hours per week

Weekend & Holiday work, as needed,
is required
