Responsibilities/Job Description:
- Monitor and provide personalized care according to individual care plans
- Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and facility procedures
- Assist in developing and revising resident care plans as needed
- Document incidents, status changes, and care provided accurately

Qualifications:
Required:
- Registered Nurse with Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
- Current MN RN license and BLS certification for Healthcare Providers
- 0-1 years of experience, new graduates welcome
Preferred:
- Prior TCU LPN/RN experience preferred
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Point Click Care system
