- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Source and identify potential candidates through resume databases, networking, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
- Assist with interview logistics, including room bookings and technology setup.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and metrics.
- Support the onboarding process by coordinating background checks, reference checks, and new hire documentation.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
- Assist in developing and promoting employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, career services, and professional organizations.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Completed an HR internship, preferably with a focus on recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
