SKILLS:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software and database programs
- Knowledge of marketing software
- Knowledge of social media tools, i.e., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. preferred
- Skilled with mobile app photo and video editing tools
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Positive, professional attitude, with ability to diffuse negative situations
- Ability to thrive in a faced paced, constantly changing environment
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure the success of social media campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate emerging platforms and techniques into our strategy.
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and records as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Previous experience in administrative support role is a plus.
- Graphic design experience a plus.
