SKILLS:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software and database programs
  • Knowledge of marketing software
  • Knowledge of social media tools, i.e., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. preferred
  • Skilled with mobile app photo and video editing tools
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Positive, professional attitude, with ability to diffuse negative situations
  • Ability to thrive in a faced paced, constantly changing environment
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement
  • Create and curate engaging content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure the success of social media campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate emerging platforms and techniques into our strategy.

Office Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and records as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Previous experience in administrative support role is a plus.
  • Graphic design experience a plus.
