This individual will perform reactive, preventative, and predictive maintenance tasks that optimize the efficiency, appearance # performance of the building.

# To qualify you must...

The Building Maintenance Technician III is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting & repair of all building systems.

This individual will perform reactive, preventative, and predictive maintenance tasks that optimize the efficiency, appearance & performance of the building.

To qualify you must...

Eight (8) or more years of related experience is required
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is preferred
Previous health care experience is preferred
