Your Responsibilities:


  • Professional, disciplinary and strategic leadership as well as agile and strategic development of our Web & Creative Team in Catoosa, OK
  • Independent planning, processing and handling of projects in the web environment
  • Identification and implementation of innovative tools and strategies
  • Creation of detailed technical briefings / user stories for the developers and graphic designers assigned to the project
  • Direct communication with our clients
  • Acceptance and quality assurance based on technical and customerspecific requirements
  • Creation of technical concepts for new projects
  • Preparation of offers and project handling, together with clients, internal departments and possibly agencies

Your Profile:


  • You have already gained experience in leadership (+3 years)
  • You are familiar with the planning of IT projects, take on leadership and guide your project team in the right direction
- "Hands-On" mentality - you have already gained experience in the daily work as a web developer, so you can also help out in projects

  • Good knowledge of the following technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, knowledge of HubSpot and HubSpot CMS, possibly experience with other content management systems such as WordPress, TYPO3, basic knowledge of REST API
  • Willingness to learn new content management systems, especially HubSpot CMS
  • Knowledge of popular JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, , etc.
  • Solid knowledge of UX/UI
  • Secure handling of Adobe XD/Figma in a development environment
  • Very good German and English skills in spoken
