    El Dorado Furniture was established in South Florida in 1967, El Dorado Furniture has grown to become the largest Hispanic-owned furniture retail enterprise in the United States.

    With services offered all over the world, the family owned company is ranked among the top 50 furniture retailers in the country.

    There are currently 14 El Dorado Furniture Showrooms and 3 outlet centers in Florida.

    Essential Responsibilities


    Our Sales Team takes pride in providing an excellent customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience for all of our customers.


    Welcome customers with a warm and friendly smile and guide them throughout the showroom based on the style of furniture they are looking for.

    Assist customers by answering questions, demonstrating our product line and providing home furnishing ideas based on their needs.

    Qualifications


    • Customer Service Oriented
    • Fashion Savvy
    • Decorating Abilities
    • Positive Attitude and Highly Energetic
    • Available to work flexible shifts
    • Must have a valid driver's license
    • Travel to different showrooms may be required
    Compensation Options


    • Hourly + Commission
    • 100% Commission Base
    • Paid Training

    Statistics:
    In 2018, our Showroom Sales Associates average compensation were as follows:

    * $81,000 > Average of Top Seller's Income
    * $54,000 > Average of Medium Seller's Income
