Adecco Search has partnered with a leading global manufacturer to recruit and hire a Full Time Manufacturing Process Engineer for their facility located just outside of Columbia, SC.

Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and systems.
Analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address inefficiencies.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure product specifications are met.
Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Evaluate new technologies and equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Provide technical support and training to production staff on new processes and equipment.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for manufacturing deviations and non-conformances.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure process reliability and safety.
Participate in project teams for new product introductions and process validations.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
4+ years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering or similar role.
Experience leading and managing plant projects
Proficiency with engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Minitab, ERP/MRP, etc...
Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
Understanding of PLC systems, programming, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems (preferred).
