The Procurement Management and Central Services Department (Z)

You will support and advise our employees on personnel matters, both in terms of collective bargaining agreements and civil service law.
You will handle all personnel matters (e.g. hiring, status changes, promotions, parental leave or parttime requests, retirement).
You will independently conduct personnel recruitment procedures. This includes, among other things, creating suitable job advertisements, reviewing applications, and designing and conducting selection interviews.
