POSITION:
Bartender


LOCATION:
Boston, MA


HOURS:
Part Time, including nights, weekends, and holidays


COMPENSATION:
$15 hourly, plus tips


ABOUT THE POSITION

  • Must be able to handle highvolume bar service for extended periods.
  • All Bartenders will be able and willing to work from all 'bar' points of sale throughout the venue, including kiosks, main bars, VIP Lounge, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of types of beer, wine and liquor, and functional knowledge of mixed cocktails and beverages.
  • Responsible for following all venue operating policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Operate POS system and provide accurate financial transactions.
  • Keep bar service areas properly cleaned and stocked.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS

  • Prior restaurant or bar experience encouraged.
  • Knowledge of basic bar practices and tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in working in a highvolume, fast paced setting.
  • Ability to communicate and work efficiently as part of a large team.
  • Capable of providing exceptional customer service in a quick moving environment.
  • Knowledge of Square POS helpful, not required.

COMPETENCIES

  • Must be physically capable of carrying heavy items up and down stairs many times during each shift.
  • Must be capable of following all laws, building codes, ordinances, policies, procedures, risk management and emergency procedures are followed.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Shifts available starting July 2024.
