Team Leader Outdoor

Full Time | Permanent | Allgäu

This position will support our growth plans for 2023 and beyond

Your main responsibilities will include:

Leading a team of approximately 10 employees, including coordinating vacations and shift schedules
Acting as the main point of contact for guests, such as booking activities and planning daily activities for adults and children
Ensuring that all events meet safety and hygiene standards
Preparing various reports for the country manager
Ordering necessary materials to keep the site running smoothly

About you:

Ideally, you have experience in the tourism, hospitality, or sports management industries
You have at least 2 years of experience in leading teams
You have a proactive and handson mentality
You have excellent communication skills in both German and English
