We are currently hiring a
Brewery Office Support Specialist in
Milton, DE (Onsite) .


The Brewery Office Support Specialist is primarily responsible for managing the main office and OCC office including, but not limited to, general day-to-day office, administrative, hospitality and facilities support.

A professional demeanor, excellent communication, time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage general office operations are critical to the position.


What You'll Brew:

-
Facilities

  • Good working knowledge of office operations and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and the ability to troubleshoot and or arrange for service in a timely manor
  • Maintain neat and orderly office areas, including print, fax and copy areas
  • Support office assignments, moves, buildouts and furniture request as directed by facility management
  • Take the lead and manage ordering, stocking standardized list of office and mail room supplies; assist in requests for purchasing office supplies
  • Assist in maintaining the professional appearance of conference rooms and office space
  • Coordinate vendors and/or stock kitchens with appropriate paper products, beverages, snacks & other supplies as needed
  • Support set up and break down of coworker functions

Hospitality and Culture Support

  • Lead planning and organization of local coworker events
  • Order food and beverage to support coworker events
  • Manage vendors supporting events
  • Support team and customer meetings
  • Act as a Celebration Squad coordinator, soliciting volunteers and leading that group to plan & execute culture enhancing events for our Delaware coworkers
  • Onsite Coworker Network Group support, supporting any local Coworker Network efforts.
  • Benevolence support, coordinating team lunches, and post workday beers.

Administrative Support

  • Assist office staff with light administrative support where needed
  • Communication champion liaison with corporate communications and primary owner of local communication content for the brewery, including screencloud content, newsletters, visitor & event calendars, internal advertisement of brand and hospitality activities, coordinate town halls/annual company meetings (All DE Coworker Meetings, and support coworker picture sharing boards
  • Be willing to take on tasks in partnership with local teams such as:
  • Data entry & excel spreadsheet support
  • Oversee company conference room schedule and help resolve issues when needed
  • Manage local storage, including but not limited to the warehouse storage cages and offsite document program
  • Support team and customer meetings
  • Manage local onsite Condeco program for desk booking
  • Review and approve invoices in a timely manner
  • Beer and Benevolence support, including coordinating donations
  • Safety and Security
  • Assist with overall office health, safety & security as directed by facility and EHS managers/guidelines
  • Manage software/hardware for security badging and visitor registration systems

_Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in dealing with outside vendors
  • Ability to handle multiple requests and work in a fastpaced office environment
  • Ability to effectively use the Microsoft suite to enhance organization of information and communication
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to accurately complete tasks assignments & responsibilities in a timely manner
  • Responsiveness to customer requests/service issues
  • Ability to interact with all members within the company, regular interaction with vendors
  • Acts with integrity in all business transactions
  • Maintains confidentiality of information
  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative and creativity
  • Attention to detail and costs
