What to expect in your apprenticeship at SHOWEM:

As part of your apprenticeship at SHOWEM, you will first get to know the processes and tools of our company in detail. We will show you all the trades of event technology: from conception and planning to stage technology, trade fair and set construction, rigging, truss technology, lighting technology, video technology and sound technology, all the way to event IT.

After that, you will be involved in small projects and accompany our technicians to events. This way, you will gain first-hand experience until you are responsible for planning and implementing smaller projects on your own. Our competent team and high-quality technology in all trades enable optimal training.

Our apprenticeship is divided into different phases, which we cover in three stages in the company:

In the 1st year of apprenticeship, our apprentices are "Rookies". You will mainly work in the warehouse and get to know our processes, tools and materials. We will show you how to handle media technology, lighting technology, sound technology, rigging and stage construction. In addition, we will take you on your first external assignments and show you the processes involved in productions.
