A Brief Overview:

As a Radiology Technologist at Stanford Health Care, you will perform various radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures under general supervision. Your responsibilities will include operating radiographic equipment, preparing patients for exams, and ensuring the quality of imaging protocols.

What you will do:

Assist the radiologist during procedures when needed
Operate imaging and fluoroscopic equipment for various examinations
Maintain radiation safety guidelines and ensure patient safety
Prepare patients for exams and troubleshoot equipment
Produce quality images following departmental protocols
Prepare contrast media under the direction of a radiologist

Requirements:

California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) - Registered Technologist in Radiography (RTR)
Radiology Technologist Fluoroscopy (RTF)

Qualifications:

Effective communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform imaging procedures

Base Pay Scale:
Starting at $67.56 per hour, the salary for this role will be determined based on various factors.
