FIRE DAMPER INSPECTOR & REPAIR TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities Include:

- Inspection and testing for Fire / Smoke Dampers per NFPA codes
- Repairing of the dampers
- Comprehension of all operating components and compliance
- Determining accessibility and correcting accessibility issues
- Interaction and direct communication with facility managers
- Detail orientated for completing all corresponding
- Presenting yourself in a professional
- Timeliness and accountability
Job Skills & Requirements:

- Selfmotivated and ability to work independently
- Experience in customer service
- Professional appearance
- Minimum high school graduate or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Must pass a preemployment drug screen. (The screen does not test for Marijuana.)
- Travel is required
- OSHA 10 or passing course within 10 days of employment
Salary / Benefits:

- Pay range based on experience, technical ability, and service: $37,440 $58,000 per year
- Insurance: Health, Dental, Disability & Life Insurance offered after 60 days of
- Holidays after 6 months
- PTO after 6 months
- 410(k) with match
