Responsibilities:

Receive and unload incoming shipments and compare information on packing slips with purchase orders to verify accuracy of shipment.
Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
Pick orders from inventory and prepare orders for shipment or delivery.
Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of warehouse space.
Perform periodic inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in a safe manner.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven work experience in a warehouse setting preferred but not required.
Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
Basic computer skills for inventory management and order tracking.
