The BR delivers creative and reliable information, culture, knowledge, and entertainment from and for Bavaria: on the radio, on television, in the media library, on BR24, Instagram, and more.

Our orchestras and choir inspire listeners all over the world. As a member of the ARD, we are proud to contribute significantly to diversity of opinions and media.

What to expect:

Independent planning and implementation of daily and formatappropriate contributions for our BR24 website, BR24 app, and social media, as well as for BR television, ARD aktuell, and BR radio programs
Independent research and finding of topics with potential for discussion, writing of correspondent reports, and active shaping of reporting from the region (city and district of Regensburg, district of Schwandorf, and district of Kelheim)
Close collaboration with your responsible regional editorial team, specialist editorial teams, and various BR formats
Further development and active promotion of crossmedia working methods

What you bring:

Crossmedia thinking: You master the journalistic forms of presentation for reporting on radio, television, and (social) web, as well as the assessment of topics for different distribution channels
Social media: You actively use various platforms, understand how to successfully address different target groups, and represent the BR effectively
You have basic knowledge of community management
You have a solid understanding of economic, political, cultural, and socially relevant topics in the reporting area
