Pedagogical staff member (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a pedagogical staff member (m/f/d) to join the team at the refugee clearing facility in Camden Point.


Who we are:

We are a recognized independent provider of child and youth services, offering both outpatient and inpatient support in the Potsdam, Potsdam-Mittelmark, and Teltow-Fläming regions.


Arriving in a foreign land from various crisis zones around the world; 75% of underage refugees have made the decision to flee on their own.

In addition to the difficult political situation in their home country, reasons given for fleeing include lack of education and job opportunities, as well as family problems or domestic violence.

How do we work with young people who do not speak our language and are completely unfamiliar with our culture? What are their primary questions and needs? How will we live together in the future? There is much to be clarified for underage refugees.

The clearing facility will be managed by a team of five employees and is located in a spacious single-family home with a large garden near Michendorf in the Potsdam-Mittelmark district.
