Sales Representative


Duties:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive door to door self generated leads
• Conduct property assessments for storm damage
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position products and services

As our Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting property assessments for storm damage, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position our products and services.

Reps starting off will receive a $40,000 base pay with an 8% commission along with a solid progression plan to increase commission as performance increases.
