  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a construction project manager or similar role
  • Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore or HeavyBid
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Familiarity with reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and schematics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional problemsolving abilities to address issues that may arise during construction projects
  • Time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
