- Provide oversight of the entire facility, ensuring efficient operations
- Establish and implement strategic goals and growth initiatives in collaboration with the leadership team
- Supervise and set goals for all departments, fostering communication between them
- Plan and implement operational changes for long-term efficiency improvements in company operations
- Implement business processes for effective reporting to Upper Management and Leadership
- Create, review, and approve financials, P&L's, and budgets, as well as financial tracking and reporting
- Determine project budgets and schedules, managing projects and personnel accordingly
- Collaborate closely with Upper Management and Leadership for strategy development, production process optimization, and Sales & Marketing activities
- Prioritize and assign strategic tasks to department managers, overseeing their activities
- Coordinate with shared services, IT, Finance, and HR
- Undertake other projects or duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering required; Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering strongly preferred; MBA preferred
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a project manager within a manufacturing environment
- Minimum of five (5) years of operations management experience within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Excel
- Special Position Requirements: Location in the Rochester, NY area or willingness to relocate
- Domestic and international travel required; valid US passport or ability to obtain
