Requirements:

Proven experience as a CNC Mill Operator, including machine setup.
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and GD&T.
Familiarity with CNC programming (G-code) is a plus.
Attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Set up CNC milling machines by installing and adjusting cutting tools, work-holding fixtures, and machine parameters.
Operate CNC mills to produce parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
