CSR
Responsibilities:
- Heavy phone and online appointments
- Respond to customer needs, requests, and concerns on a timely manner
- Organize and file
- Communicate pertinent client information to designated departments
- Selfstart and work independently
- Work in a group
- Scheduling and dispatching/routing
- Process and collect payments
- Assist HR and CEO
Qualifications:
- A positive vibrant attitude
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, front desk service, or other related fields
- Telephone sales experience
- A PLUS
- Ability to build report with customers
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive Energetic Attitude
- Excellent followup and organizational skills
- The ability to selfstart and work independently
- Willing to learn about insects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent followup and organizational skills
- Multilingual is a plus
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
