CSR

Responsibilities:


  • Heavy phone and online appointments
  • Respond to customer needs, requests, and concerns on a timely manner
  • Organize and file
  • Communicate pertinent client information to designated departments
  • Selfstart and work independently
  • Work in a group
  • Scheduling and dispatching/routing
  • Process and collect payments
  • Assist HR and CEO

Qualifications:

  • A positive vibrant attitude
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, front desk service, or other related fields
  • Telephone sales experience
  • A PLUS
  • Ability to build report with customers
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Positive Energetic Attitude
  • Excellent followup and organizational skills
  • The ability to selfstart and work independently
  • Willing to learn about insects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent followup and organizational skills
  • Multilingual is a plus

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
