    2 ORs, Monday through Friday, no call, no OB, no nights, weekends, or holidays

    Lehigh Valley Carbon Hospital

    Approximately 1,000 cases projected for Year 1; approximately 4 cases daily, mostly outpatient orthopedics, general, urology and GI/endo
