Cornerstone Family Medicine:
We are currently hiring for a Family Nurse Practitioner in Mesa, Arizona. This is a primary care position working in a very advanced practice, provider friendly environment. This is a well-established and growing facility with several locations in Southern Arizona.
Duties include but are not limited to
Providing primary care to patients:
- Building rapport with patients and their families
- Building a clinical portfolio of patient visits
- Providing patient education to patients
- Contribute to the clinical team by providing high quality care in a professional, compassionate manner
- Prescribe medication, examine patients, diagnose illnesses and provide treatment
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests
- Gather health histories, perform physical examinations and diagnostic procedures
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Dictate and document all patient interactions
- Notify managing physician about unusual or unexpected events or problems
- Effectively communicate with diverse populations, including physicians, employees, patients, and families
- 1 + year of experience as a family medicine setting required
Pay:
$110, $120,000.00 per year
