Requirements:
Key Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Provides administrative support to ensure effective and efficient operations of the office
- Screens visitors and directs inquiries to appropriate staff members
- Schedules appointments, meetings, and reservations using Outlook
- Maintains and updates company lists and rosters
- Maintains documents according to protocol; including scanning, naming conventions, location, and distribution
- Receives incoming deliveries; sorts, scans, and distributes incoming mail
- Orders office supplies and maintains accurate inventory
- Ensures that the office is in good order; contacts maintenance as needed and addresses any emergencies
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High school diploma or GED required
- Some college coursework preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of attention to detail and prioritization
- Highly organized and selfmotivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work autonomously in a fastpaced, actionoriented environment
- Ability to avoid distractions and remain on task
