In the role of
(Junior) Recruiter (m/f/d), you will assist us in the care and consultation of our candidates to successfully fill the open projects of our clients.

If you have not yet had extensive experience in recruiting, that is not a problem at all. During the training phase, we will provide you with all the necessary skills for this position - so you will be well taken care of by us


Areas of responsibility:


  • Care for application processes with our clients
  • Acquisition and longterm care of candidates in the field of taxes
  • Conducting job interviews
  • Preselection of applicants for our clients
  • Coordination of our search orders on social networks
  • Communication with candidates through networks such as Xing and LinkedIn
