To expand our project team at our large industrial client, we are looking for you to join SPIE Efficient Facilities GmbH in Philadelphia immediately as

Responsibilities:

  • Independent maintenance of mechanical systems in technical building equipment
  • Proactive repairs and maintenance
  • Conducting inspection rounds and walkthroughs
  • Monitoring of technical systems using building management technology (Desigo)
  • Digital documentation of completed tasks via mobile devices

Your Profile:

  • Technical education, e.g. as a plant mechanic / industrial mechanic / mechatronics technician or equivalent
  • Customer-oriented, dedicated employees who value teamwork and reliability
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience
