    **Driveway** **Sell Operations Trainer**

    The Driveway Sell Operations Trainer is responsible for the execution of training for key positions in the Driveway team. The position will work with teams across the country to ensure Driveway training content is delivered in a strategic, consistent, and effective manner.

    The Driveway Sell Operations Trainer reports to the Director of Operations Strategy.

    **Responsibilities**

    Must be an organized and thoughtful professional. Your professional conduct goes a long way toward giving your message credibility

    Oversee and maintain the quality and content of new hire training. Ensuring the agreed upon training is being followed. At the same time always looking for ways to improve it, through the training materials, process and individual(s) who support and reinforce training. It is your responsibility to make sure the training experience is a first class one and makes a positive impression on all of our trainees

    Ensure that we have the proper training scheduled each month that best support the company needs

    Put tracking in place for all our new hires and measure accurately every month

    Ensure all new hires or promoted individuals (regardless of past experience) are certified and ready to be productive in their new roles

    Track weekly, monthly performance of all our attendees performance

    Identify individuals that are underperforming. Target opportunities from these and follow through on an agreed upon action to help them improve performance

    Maintain records of all training and improvement plans you are involved with

    Be a driver of continuous improvement daily within the organization

    **Skills and Qualifications**

    Strong attention to detail

    Sense of urgency

    Excellent communication

    Experience training in automotive is desired

    Experience training or in automotive as an SME is required
