We are looking for a dedicated Office Clerk (m/f) to join our team in Hillside, NY.In this role, you will support our business operations by assisting with organization and planning tasks, as well as relieving our management team of daily responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the management team with daily tasks and projects
- Performing traditional administrative and organizational tasks, such as processing orders, running errands, and managing documents
- Composing emails, notes, and minutes
- Conducting data research and management
- Making decisions on which companies should receive our promotional materials
- Handling customer inquiries over the phone, only for organizational matters
