Location: Bremen, Germany | Full-time/Part-time | Hybrid

Your responsibilities

  • As an eMobility clerk, you will be responsible for remotely monitoring both our own charging stations and those of our customers
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the charging stations is a key part of your role, ensuring a reliable charging experience for our users
  • In your role, you will efficiently coordinate between our technical service and our customers. You will also be the internal contact person for our regions and country companies throughout Europe and actively support our 1st level support and external call center
  • You will be the direct contact for customer consultation and remote support for our field service team. In addition, you will be responsible for order processing, creating quotes, and representing the bid management team

Your profile

  • Your completed commercial apprenticeship and your good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook, make you an ideal candidate
  • Your work style is characterized by independence and solution orientation. Teamwork and good communication skills are also natural for you
  • As a reliable and decisive person, you bring a strong customer and performance orientation that is reflected in your daily work
  • You have no problem with sales of complex projects
