ASSOCIATE COMMUNITY MANAGER

MUST BE HIGHLY ORGANIZED AND SELF-MOTIVATED
Prior experience in monitoring contractors and coordinating unit renovation and turnover is ideal but not necessary.
Experience with a strong track record in leasing, property operations, managing delinquency and delivering superior customer service preferred. Superior verbal and written communication skills are required. Computer proficiency and knowledge of property management software is also required.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all real estate activities
• Attract and educate new tenants
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
• Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Supervise and train property staff
• Enforce property rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management or other related fields
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
• Ability to build rapport with tenants
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay:
$55, $75,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Yardi: 1 year (preferred)

Property Management: 2 years (preferred)


License/Certification:

• Driver's License (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Logan Circle, DC: Relocate before starting work (required)
