Leading, coordinating, and developing shift leaders and employees
Coordination and communication between support area and other production and service areas
Optimization and further development of production processes, in terms of metallurgy and automation
Project management and participation in development/OE topics and equipment investments

WHAT YOU BRING
Master's degree in metallurgy, materials science, or process engineering, preferably with a doctorate
